This website is not an advertisement, solicitation, inducement or invitation for professional engagement. It is made available in accordance with the professional-conduct rules applicable to advocates in India, including the rules of the Bar Council of India. By continuing to use this website, you acknowledge that you are seeking information about Adv. Prem Shah of your own accord and that no part of this website has been communicated to you as an advertisement or solicitation. See the Disclaimer for the full statement.

4. Permitted Use

You may read, print and share this website for your own reference. You may not:

• reproduce or republish its contents as your own, or for commercial purposes, without written permission;
• use it in any way that is unlawful, or that interferes with its operation or with other visitors' use of it;

5. Scheduling and Consultations

Appointments are booked through Calendly, an independent scheduling service governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Booking a slot is a request for a consultation; it does not by itself constitute acceptance of an engagement, and an appointment may need to be declined or rescheduled — for example where a conflict of interest arises.

Any fees, scope and terms of a professional engagement are agreed separately in writing and are not governed by these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The text, design and other material on this website belong to Adv. Prem Shah unless stated otherwise, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Use of the name or any associated mark without written permission is not permitted.

7. External Links and Third-Party Services

This website may link to or embed services operated by others. Those services are provided for convenience only. We do not control them, do not endorse their content, and accept no responsibility for their availability, accuracy or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
